Personal data is collected and processed by Reguengo only when we are contacted directly by our customers, either by filling out the contact form or suggestions on this website or in the store, or by phone or email for booking inquiries, or other contact through customer initiative.

The data collected will be used in the preparation and execution of service contracts between Reguengo and its customers and processed in accordance with contractual obligations and in accordance with the law.

Storage time of personal data
The period for which data is stored and retained depends on the purpose for which the information is processed. There are legal requirements that oblige us to retain data for a minimum period.
If there is no legal retention period, the data will be stored and retained only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated the collection and subsequent treatment. After that, they will be removed from our database.

We use the fe_typo_user cookie to check for SPAM access in forms.

HttpOnly cookies can only be read by the server and not by JavaScript in the browser. This prevents XSS attacks.
Secure means that a cookie is only sent over a secure connection. MITM (man-in-the-middle) attacks are thus prevented.
Cookies with the SameSite attribute are read if they originate from the same site. This prevents CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) attacks.
Information and notices are sent free of charge.
Note, however, that in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, if the requests submitted by the data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may do the following based on their repetition:
- Require the payment of a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the requested action;
